The Happy Daze is a mobile bar that serves weddings, birthdays, family reunions, work parties, and more in the Flathead Valley. We bring the Happy Daze to you and cater to your needs! We offer a special package that accommodates your special event. Let us provide a unique Montana experience that will create memories that will last a life time!

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you provide the alcohol?

No. We cannot legally provide any alcohol with your Happy Daze booking because of Montana Liquor License Laws. It is the customers responsibility to provide any drinks they wish to have at their event and a bartender to serve.

Do you carry insurance and do I need to get insurance?

Yes, we carry general liability insurance. We highly recommend the customer buy special event insurance so in the event that something happens, you are protected. We will provide proof of insurance to any venue upon request.

What deposit is required?

We require a 50% deposit upon booking. The remaining 50% is due one week prior to the event. Any booking that is canceled within 30 days of the event is not eligible for a refund of your deposit unless the Happy Daze secures another event for your date. We accept cash, check, or Venmo.

What if I am located outside of the Flathead Valley?

We cater to any location that is within 30 miles from Kalispell, Montana. If your location is outside of the 30 miles, please contact us and see what we can do to accommodate your event. An extra fee will be charged.

Are we allowed to move the Happy Daze bar?

Insurance requirements mandate that customers are not permitted to move the bar. We will place the mobile bar in the perfect location on the initial delivery. Due to this, we recommend that you have the mobile bar delivered during set up.

Can I decorate the Happy Daze bar?

We would love if our customers added their own special touch to the Happy Daze Bar! All we ask is that you do not use any adhesives that will damage the paint or leave a residue on the trailer.
